Need a different time? Reschedule free of charge up to a few hours before your slot from My Bookings, or chat with us and we'll move it.
Cancellations
Cancel any time before the visit starts. For prepaid bookings, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If We Cancel
If we ever have to cancel on you, you get the first choice of slot on our next available day - and a full refund if you'd rather not rebook.
